Factory OEM rims that we send out to our wheel manufacturer and have powder coated in GLOSS BLACK  (because there are not many black 20" options available from GM).  We start with new takeoff rims with less than 10 miles on them and install new takeoff tires with less than 10 miles!  Awesome looking!
